Yoga For Beginners Workshop
Learn the basics of yoga in a non-competitive environment. Michelle Ostermyer will guide you through the fundamentals of alignment and breath work. You will begin to experience some of the benefits that arise from practicing yoga such as increased flexibility and strength with a sense of well being and relaxation. You will learn proper yoga breathing techniques, sun salutations, standing poses, forward folds and hip openers. The workshop will conclude with a deep relaxation exercise. Please wear comfortable clothes.
