This workshop is focused on yoga postures, breath work, massage and relaxation techniques to grow flexibility, awareness and confidence in preparation for childbirth.

A prenatal yoga practice can help alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy and deepen the connection with your baby. No previous yoga experience required.
